Great atmosphere. Great group of ladies that love what they do and go above and beyond for every client. Can’t say enough about Avenue 42. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!
Terrible experience. Extremely overpriced and awful customer service. I asked for a burgundy balayage. It wasn’t blended and turned orange with one wash. I wish I had never gone here, and saved my 240 dollars for a salon that values their customers satisfaction. Owner refused a refund, even after agreeing my hair looked nothing like what I asked for.
OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED! Attentive and caring are just a few words to describe my first impressions. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted with a smile and offered coffee or water while I waited. My appointment with Ashley was right on schedule and she listened to my hair wants and gave me excellent recommendations on color, upkeep after the session, and even took amazing transformation pictures. I had an amazing experience at Avenue 42 today! I booked a color correction last minute with Marissa and she blew me away. She was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so impressed with the studio and Marissa and can't wait to go back in 6 weeks. Thank you Marissa! You saved my hair!
