HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN'T GET A REFUND - UNACCEPTABLE
I was in Avenue today and I was appalled with the customer service, or should I say LACK OF customer service. There was 2 staff and they literally spent the entire time gabbing to each other. In fact one was even trying shoes on when I got there. I didn't even realize she worked there at first. When we wanted to try clothes on we waited and waited while they spoke to each other loudly about non work related things.
