Always shows up on time very happy with their service
My ferry was delayed and then there were further delays going through customs. Despite this, my driver waited and was polite and professional. A very good experience.

*PLEASE READ* DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY! I was nervous using this company due to the other reviews stating that the driver no called/no showed their appointment. However, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as there pricing seemed reasonable versus other quotes that I got. I even got an email the day before confirming my appointment which I responded back to. We have used Aventura twice now for airport arrival and departures out of Miami. Great, professional, on time service. Cars are always clean. Drivers are kind and service driven. Would highly recommend.
