I was on vacation, and I saw this pet shop while at the mall! The moment you walk in you fee like your in dog swag heaven. The sales associate was very helpful and nice. Thank you for being patient with me, my little nymeria is very picky lol. But she like the purple sweater we got her. Thank you again! I will definitely shopping online now!

I went to Aventura mall about a week ago hoping to find some new toys/clothing for my little frenchie. I stumbled across Aventura Pups coming down the escalator on the first floor and decided to take a look. Their products as well as their customer service was nothing but exceptional. I was kindly greeted as I entered and was offered help if needed. The lady working there at the time (Jodi I think?) was absolutely wonderful and was so patient and caring. I recently visited this boutique and had a mixed experience. The store has a great variety of clothes and accessories for small dogs, which is a definite plus. I found some really cute outfits and unique items. However, the shop only sells these kinds of products. If you're looking for food, toys, or supplies for larger dogs, you'll be disappointed. The selection is quite niche and not out of the ordinary. Overall, it's great if you have a small dog and love to dress them up, but not so much if you need anything else.
