I absolutely love this family-owned business! Aventura Pups offers such a wide variety of high-quality items, but what truly sets them apart is how knowledgeable, caring, and intentional they are about helping customers choose the right products for their pups’ needs (and wants 😉). Been a loyal customer for 5 years and just had the worst interaction with the owner over the phone regarding swapping sizes on a shirt. His condescending attitude was not necessary and we will never be shopping here again. UPDATE: My feedback was regarding professionalism and tone, not a dispute over policy. Being contacted directly by the owner via text afterward was unexpected.
Fell in love with the collar cause they offered personal decor 😏 trusted that the collar would last longer than two weeks !!? Atleast, lol. Super cute , quality negative 0. Literally have had it for 10 whole days, paid 80$
So delighted with this shop! Many unique and well crafted things for puppies. I purchased a gift for a friend with a new puppy & a coat for the winter for my dog as well. The owners are wonderful, wishing them much success!!
I was on vacation, and I saw this pet shop while at the mall! The moment you walk in you fee like your in dog swag heaven. The sales associate was very helpful and nice. Thank you for being patient with me, my little nymeria is very picky lol. But she like the purple sweater we got her. Thank you again! I will definitely shopping online now!
