Applied for a apt but just keep getting the run around for the one manager in there ,kept telling us different dates and come to find out there is no apt

Now management know damn well this apartment complex is not a 4.1 rating. They definitely have their coworkers rating to improve the rating. (I am speaking on behalf of a previous tenant.) When I visit, this complex is destructive, nasty, full of roaches everywhere, noise, too much ghetto people, no parking, too many people staying in one apartment, and the pool area be filled with teenagers having sex in the pool at night. Management is awesome. Mr.Oscar by far is the best property manager I've ever encountered. The rooms are big for a 2 bedroom and they are modern. They address your issues immediately. Pest control. I love it here. My neighbors are quiet my favorite part.Property is quiet and clean and if there is trash, let's be honest the residents need to care about where they live as well , just because you think that's maintenance job to clean behind you or your kids doesn't mean to throw trash every where on the grounds or not even in t... read more
