My daughters and I rented an apartment at this complex 2023-2024. There are not enough compliments to state here. The office management (Tara) and her staff are absolutely amazing. The entire complex was always super clean and quiet. The maintenance is simply amazing. Once a request was submitted, they were immediately there to help with whatever we needed. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live, please consider Aventura at Towne Centre. You will love it, just like we did.

RecommendedI absolutely love Nick the maintenance guy. He is very friendly, helpful and always gets to any problem in a very timely manner. It’s obvious he cares for the property and does a great job keeping it looking like new. I appreciate the fact he never makes you feel like you are bothering him, he will stop to help or fix whatever you need. I love living here!
Staff is really helpful and friendly! Marissa helped our girls feel right at home in getting their first apartment! A nice area, and very nice complex! Thank You Marissa!
When we were in the process of renting a three bedroom unit here, the management company was very sketchy. We asked to see the actual unit that we would be renting and they said that we could only know what we were going to lease once we signed the lease and gave a downpayment. When asked why they told us that the unit we would be getting was badly damaged and that if we saw it before we signed- there is no way we would agree to live there. Ok apartment- nothing special Pros: 1) apartments have big ceilings and good ac units. 2) decent carpet and bathrooms. 3) kitchens are nice but could use marble countertops. Cons: 1) very overpriced for this area. Rent is way too much for what you get. They could at least put in some park benches or maybe a picnic table? 2) apartment staff are very rude to tenants. Quiet, park-like feel we call home! We have all the amenities we need or could ever want in our place! The Management staff are always friendly and truly one of the best in town! I love the park-like feel we have and our spacious 3 bedroom apartment. We are lucky to have so much at our disposable in Ellisville from shopping, dining and our beautiful state parks and conservation areas for a great nature walk.
