Been here since July and have no complaints! The property is very nice and well taken care of. Service requests are handled very quickly most of the time. The leasing office has great, friendly staff that have always been willing to help me with any problems.
Hello! I just wanted to take a minute and give a shoutout to the most wonderful front office crew, Arina is absolutely fabulous and can solve any problem! As well as Jose who is not only super helpful but also a great neighbor and helpful in the community. They deserve all the recognition! Aventon Victory has quickly become my sister and I's home and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful crew. Also happy holidays!!!!! (If bonus are on the table, they definitely deserve them)

From the moment I arrived at these newly built luxury apartments, I could tell a lot of care went into every detail. As a Realtor I take notice in even the small details and I just say I’m impressed! The grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, the amenities are very upscale and simply chefs kiss, and the interiors are modern, bright, and very comfortable.
