What a beautiful difference moving into this complex. We had to vacate from a complex near the river due to unhealthy living conditions, safety issues, and never any management follow through or respect to the tenants. Aventon Victory was recommended by another resident who had also been in the other apartment I just read a negative comment from someone who toured here, about one of the staff here, and felt I had to post what it is truly like here. Great amenities but too expensive given the appliances keep breaking. I've lived here for less than 6 months. I've already needed to have my heating fixed (wasn't working at all when I moved in), water heater (stopped working one morning), oven (turned off one day mid cooking- turns out this is happening throughout the complex!), and my dish washer (the outlet under my sink apparently just quit. Took multiple days to fix). Around the community the sprinklers soak the grass so it's constantly muddy, people don't pick up after... read more

Been here since July and have no complaints! The property is very nice and well taken care of. Service requests are handled very quickly most of the time. The leasing office has great, friendly staff that have always been willing to help me with any problems.
Hello! I just wanted to take a minute and give a shoutout to the most wonderful front office crew, Arina is absolutely fabulous and can solve any problem! As well as Jose who is not only super helpful but also a great neighbor and helpful in the community. They deserve all the recognition! Aventon Victory has quickly become my sister and I's home and we are so lucky to have such a wonderful crew. Also happy holidays!!!!! (If bonus are on the table, they definitely deserve them)
