Just moved our SCAD student in. After trial and error with two other living spaces … this is a long term commitment and well worth the price and amenities. Situated perfectly before restaurant and shopping row. Looking forward to visiting again.
Management have no idea what they are doing. You are responsible for knowing the law, sure I get it. Extremely overpriced apartments built in a lower income area classic.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to move in under very harsh time conditions as well as site unseen. Jenna was extraordinary to say the least. From walking us through the steps via phone and endless emails back and forth, Jenna could not have given us a more easeful experience under such atypical circumstances. Jenna's professionalism as well as genuine kindness throughout the process left us with an abundance of gratitude.
I’m sure this place is nice, but if you don’t decide to live here and you paid a deposit, expect your refund to take over 2 months like mine has. Your deposit is required to be paid along with the application fee, and they have another office somewhere that mails you a check despite paying the fee with a credit card online. You would think in 2025 you could just refund the card, but nope. Instead you have to call them repeatedly. God forbid you move in-between applying and getting your refund.
