I had a wonderful tour of Aventon Victory with Tori, the Leasing Agent. Tori is professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about this beautiful new community. The apartment complex is quite luxurious and has modern interior. The only downside is management's ability to take care of things in timely manner. For example, the pool area and outside common area have beautiful lighting which hasn't been working. Its been almost two weeks, we complained about it verbally and through official portal "Loft", but the issue hasn't been resolve yet. We were only informed that it could be related to breaker issues. I had a fantastic experience touring an apartment today with Arina! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process enjoyable. Love the building so much everyone on the staff is so friendly but Angelica specifically is literally amazing has helped me out sooooo much 💗💗💗
