We’ve really enjoyed living here so far! The poolside view is one of our favorite things about the complex. It makes coming home feel like a little getaway. The amenities are great (the coffee machine is a daily staple for us!), and everything has been well-maintained since we moved in. The staff is also wonderful. The team here is great. Genna and Arina at the front desk are always friendly and make every interaction easy. And José in maintenance is amazing — he’s helped me with so many things around my apartment and always goes above and beyond. Really grateful for all three of them!
This place is beautiful. Arina gave me an excellent tour; I really enjoyed her clarity and depth of information as well as her warmth and sense of humor. Jena had given me the run-down earlier. They were both great!
Just moved our SCAD student in. After trial and error with two other living spaces … this is a long term commitment and well worth the price and amenities. Situated perfectly before restaurant and shopping row. Looking forward to visiting again.
Management have no idea what they are doing. You are responsible for knowing the law, sure I get it. As military when you get orders to go somewhere else you’re allowed to brake your lease without penalty. This is my first time doing this so I went into the office September 2 and told them I had orders to report to KY on October 1. They said yes just bring orders you are fine.
