Living at Aventon is amazing! The apartments and amenities are so perfect. The maintenance staff are so fast and helpful when you put in a request and the ladies at the front office have been a pleasure to intersect with every time. They’re so helpful and approachable! I would highly recommend living here
My wife and I moved in at the end of January. It's been an excellent experience thus far. The apartments and hallways between are in great condition and well maintained. Very nice amenities, including a nice pool and the best gym I've ever seen in an apartment complex. Management is communicative, responsive, respectful, and helpful. Every issue we've reported gets addressed by next day at the latest. Highly recommend.
We have owned and rented at many condominiums over the years and in many countries, but never having met such a charming team of realtors and administrators at Aventon Victory. Arina has been extremely helpful and accurate giving us support and Jenna has shown us the most patient and welcoming insightful executive attitude ever!
