Today we had Appreciation Day at Aventon Pearl. They treated us to delicious breakfast with Bagels and Biscuits from local restaurant. Lunch was all time favorite PIZZA from local restaurants. Team is doing a amazing job keeping up the grounds and pool during these hot days of summer. Thank You
I have been in Aventon a little over three weeks now and I just have to say WOW, This place is great, from the great technicians on site especially Johan, He is extremely educated and well versed in what he does. I also want to give a shoutout to the Leasing Office, especially the Leasing Manager, She’s truly one of a kind, I absolutely recommend this place!
Tori is amazing and was so helpful when I was moving in. She really made me feel comfortable and feel at home! I have loved living here. Maintenance always comes within 24 hours ( every time I have called ) and the staff is on top of everything. The pool and facility are so clean and mostly everybody here is dog friendly which I personally love.
Johan was great! He came by to fix our bathtub and was friendly, professional, and efficient. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. We really appreciate his help and excellent service. Thank you, Johan!
I had a great experience living at Aventon Pearl. Very hospitable leasing team and a beautiful space to live in! Highly recommend Aventon pearl to anyone looking for an apartment in Charleston!
