⚠️ Read this before moving into Aventon Isabelle. We moved here believing it would be a safe, family-friendly, non-smoking community, just as the lease promised. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. We often found cigarette butts on the ground and noticed a strong smell of marijuana, especially in the mornings near the lake. We filed complaints, but nothing changed. The BBQ area is usually dirty, and the gym has restrictions — after 11PM, you simply can’t work out. Noise is another major issue. Sabrina was so welcoming and amazing at her job, she was one of the main reasons we decided on this home. The entire application process was smooth and not as stressful as most properties i encountered, thanks to her. Thank you Sabrina for all of your help! Sean and Jose are the best maintenance team.
