Beware Before Renting at Aventino We had an extremely disappointing experience with the management at Aventino Apartments, particularly during the move-out process. Be prepared—they will nickel and dime you, charging for "damages" that were present before move-in and for wear and tear that is both minor and clearly not your responsibility. In hindsight, we should have gone through the unit more carefully at move-in. I moved to this community last June. Although there were some bumps, maintenance manager James helped me maintain this apartment in perfect condition. Manager Alex Blagoi, Assistant Manager Megan Chumley, and leasing specialist Cheyleen Cherry are caring, thoughtful staff who support all residents' needs. So, I highly recommend this fantastic apartment to everyone.

Aventino is a beautiful property with a great atmosphere. The leasing team is always helpful, and Cheyleen especially went above and beyond to help me track down an important lost package. It really showed how much she and the staff care about the residents. I definitely plan on renewing!

My experience with Aventino Apartments was certainly a roller coaster, but it was absolutely worth it in the end. I had the pleasure of working with my leasing consultant, Cheyleen Cherry, who made me feel welcomed from the very first day. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made it feel like I truly belonged in the community. Cheyleen was my fabulous leasing consultant! Thank you. This is a special community. It’s very welcoming warm there’s grass common areas amenities location. It’s just about the best townhome apartment community I’ve ever seen.
