The staff are fantastic. Recently moved from the Santa Clara/Milpitas area. Great amenities, very close to Vasona Reservoir which is a very nice place. Maintenance was very quick to fix any problems upon moving in.
Do not recommend. Too many management, maintenance, and noise issues immediately after move-in. Management failed to do a proper move-in inspection, putting the entire burden on me to find defects, with no rent refund offered for the massive disruptions. The office also frequently ignores phone calls and emails. I only received my promised promotional gift card after threatening to subtract the credit from my rent. Very well mantained property. Awesome location.
Update: I would not choose to live here at this price point, especially in a carpeted unit, unless you are prepared to spend time dealing with maintenance and customer-service issues shortly after move-in. On my first night, I was unable to sleep because of a very loud refrigerator noise. The refrigerator was replaced the next day after I reported the issue.
