Used to live there about two years ago it was always dirty outside people smoking or drinking The manager refused to take our rent and then kicked us out because "we didnt pay rent" we tried multiple times to take it to them and they refused to accept it It also does not look like the pictures they have up there on the post The laundry machines are also expensive and sometimes doesnt wash all the way same issues with the dryers
