somehow bill pay was sent twice on my mortgage and this has been a nightmare. Your employee Jessica is a pathetic person. I was visibly upset, she could careless. In all my years banking there prior to my 2013 Highlander purchase I've never experienced the lack of empathy from your business or employees...once the mortgage is handled and my monies returned I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I was with Aventa when it was PCECU here in Pueblo. They have always been great, informative and there when I need them. We recently moved our church account to Aventa and they were great through the whole process. Have dealt with the entire staff and love them all.
Their credit card is associated with Chase and has horrible customer service. The debit card isn’t accepted by ApplePay, and the process of obtaining a debit card is ridiculous. I never thought I’d outgrow my credit union, but unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye!

I was a member of SCCU before Aventa bought them. I've had mostly positive interactions with Aventa, both in Crestone and at the Credit Unions headquarters. They have been very friendly and helpful!
Check cashing fees are just another in a long line of taxes on the poor. I've been out of work and a good friend gave me the 100 dollars I needed to keep my power on. He wrote me a check, I drove across town to his bank where he has an account in good standing and where I've cashed roughly 20 checks over the years and I went to cash it and they charged me a 5 doller fee.
