Ashley called to verify lien holder and was really rude! Kept giving me attitude and when i told her to hold while i transferred her to a manager she sighed and hung up. Ashley called back and said i was rude and wouldn’t help her i said no because her attitude was terrible.
They’re terrible. Their website is such a joke. It requires a code to be sent to your email to log in every single time which takes over half an hour to send if it sends at all. Run far away from this place.
My daughter brought a car from the dealership I work for, paid off the car when she bought a new from the same dealership ( different finance company thank God). Her sales person call Aventa for the daily per diem as usual. The financing is completely approved and done by the new lender ( who sent a pay off check to Aventa!!) Yet Trisha ( Aventa employee) is still calling my daughter telling her she has to make a final payment on the car lol. The worst customer service experience, constantly harassing you and do not work with you at all and always threatening you if you don’t give them what they want....worse credit union ever!! Do not bank with them or take out any loans with them worst mistake of my life!
I do not recommend. Staff was rude and unprofessional.

Feel really bummed out. I have been a member of this credit union for over 5 years and overall enjoy it. The past year there has been a change in tellers and every so often I will get one (cascade branch) that has a yucky attitude and doesn’t seem friendly or wanting to be there. I also am a little bothered by the branch closing at 5pm when majority gets off at 5pm. The ATM now does deposits but it’s a little hard to do when it’s down.
