Great company and product. They shipped us samples quickly and free of charge; they supplied an excellent heated towel rail. When the element in one stopped working, the called within 2 days to arrange free delivery of a replacement, with no objections. Would highly recommend

I recently purchased some robe hooks from Avenir and was impressed by their quality. Although there was an issue with the initial delivery, their customer service was outstanding. They promptly resolved the issue and sent a replacement package. Overall, I’m very happy with Avenir’s products and service.
We had the most amazing experience with the Avenir team! They immediately knew what the possible issues were after a phone conversation, sent us a box in which to return our heated towel ladder, fixed it within a day and sent it back on that same day. Despite not having the invoice, they could locate all relevant details based on a photo of the product code. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful and we could not be happier with the service.
