My bathroom renovation company recently purchased 2 Avenir upright towel rails for a new bathroom at my house in Avalon Beach. Avenir have been exceptional in replacing our products under warranty. The communication was prompt and precise.
Outstanding service - our heated towel rack had failed after 18 years. The company had changed names since we bought it but I tracked down its origin to Avenir. Naturally the model had long since been discontinued however Avenir repaired it at half the cost of a new one. This also avoided the expense of retrofitting a new one with different mounting footprint to the tiled bathroom. Much appreciated!
