Avenir customer service was excellent. Claudette was very helpful in locating a replacement of a discontinued soap dish for me in a very short time. She also searched and found the fittings to go with it. The product was ready to be collected the next day. I couldn't be happier with the way I was looked after.

The team managed to custom-make a one-off heated towel rail for a discontinued product, matching the exact dimensions of the existing to eliminate any extra drilling into our customer’s marble wall.
