Dr.gupta from avenel Iselin medical group is a waste of time rude,has no respect for her patients more worried about getting you out the office more then anything I have going there for years this the first time I had a dr.who wasted my time.

I called yesterday for an appointment in the morning, and was able to get an appointment in 4 hrs. My family has been going to Avenel medical since 1956 Love them

My daughters been trying to reach yous since 9am its now 10 45 and she still can't get anyone. She took off work hoping to see a Dr today but no such luck. She's been coming here since she was a baby I too use to be a patient but yous don't take the ins I have now. I came to yous back when Dr Maurer was there on green st in Iselin. So all I'm saying is no one picks the phones up your gonna loose a lot of people this way.

Every time I call in the am I'm waiting 45 minutes or more to even schedule anything, it doesn't help that I called out of work sick today and can't even see a doctor because my practice doesn't have staff who actually do their job and answer phones, what do they do? Patients already check themselves in. I called 4 times already no answer. Over the counter meds it is and calling pulumonary internists tomorrow because at least they answer the phone in under 2 minutes.
