Avena Apartments I am very pleased with Avena. I have been a resident for over 2 years. The facility is clean. The apartments are large and I rarely hear any of my neighbors. Maintenance is very responsive to any issues that arise. The office staff is phenomenal.
Only up from here! The apartments are spacious and beautiful. There is a ton of natural light and the balcony is a perfect space for get together. The only thing I would change is the parking area it is definitely limited. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly. The price is a little high but I enjoy living here
Throughly impressed with this community I have been in Colorado about 8 years and this is the best community I have lived in. Wasatch manages it and they respond the fastest I have ever seen to maintenance requests and any questions. All of the people that work there are friendly from leasing to grounds keepers. My neighbors are really nice. It is dog friendly. There are 3 dog parks within a mile and 3 lakes to walk around behind the property. The pool and hot tub are amazing. We just had a pool party.
