Dirty/Unsafe/PreMadonna office staff Not worth the money. Homeless people everywhere. All night loud pool parties, unsafe parking lots, management staff acts like this is a Waffle House.

Media Package Nonsense - Lack of Parking I've called a number of time to figure out what type of internet speeds they provide...no one could tell me. They did tell me that I'd have to pay for a $85 "media package" with cable and 100mb/s internet regardless if I used it or not. I called Xfinity and they said they provide 1200 mb/s internet speed at only $40/mo The $85/mo forced to have media package is a sham in 2023... Rude, Dirty, Unsafe The office staff are rude, rude, RUDE. The maintenance staff have one person that can fix your AC/Water Heater. So if they go on vacation, well none of your things are fixed. The outside WAS fine when we moved in, but now there is a HUGE rat problem. They're crawling into cars, all over the dumpsters, raccoons as big as dogs wander the property. Management doesn't care I have tried to get my A/C unit fixed since my original move in date in December 2020. They have been by 6 times telling me I am wrong. My apartment sits at 80 degrees, while it is set to 69. I have to run the ac 24/7 due to this issue. There is no resolution, but to say sorry. Save your time. Rent somewhere else.

No parking rude management I thought this was going to be a nice place to live, boy was i wrong. Parking is horrible never any spots close to your apartment have to park across the complex or possibly at the target next door. I was in line for a garage since the beginning called 5 months in and someone forgot to put me on the waiting list. But aparently not and had to be put back on the bottom of the list. even 7 months in when i did get one they had my truck towed without warning while it was parked in front of my garage. Six Month Review We have been here for six months now and Avena has been outstanding. The maintenance is quick, and the apartments are spacious. The complex is beautifully landscaped and there is a year round hot tub. Brady and Lisa were great to work with and the complex is quiet for the most part. Location is close to grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants; it is a quick drive to get onto I-25.

Over priced, over rated I've lived here for 2 tretorous years. My guest bathroom has been down for a year and have asked multiple times to have fixed and to this day has not. Took apart one of my dual sinks in the master it's been 7months still hasn't replaced my faucet been sharing one sink for this whole lease pretty much. I had a wasp nest in my railing that took three months to get them to finally spray it they swore they couldn't find them yet you walk outside and it's a wasp party. Pricey You pretty much need a room mate or need to make good money to live here. I'm a bachelor and it's definitely a nice place to live but my lease is ending and the rent for the last year was top of my budget and they just raised it and I'm thinking I need to move out to afford rent.

Cars and money. I like the overall look of our apartment, the only negative thing I would have to say is the parking situation. It is also getting a bit pricy. I no longer work, my husband pays everything and we have a baby now so the price going up isn't great.
