We rented through Avem and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience with them as the management company. When we moved in, we expected an older house to have some issues and submitted requests for bigger things like a closet door that wouldn’t open, garage lights not working, and a missing garage key. Avem did not own the property I was interested in, but managed it for the owner. Gia was helpful over the phone, but Michelle(mgmt) and others were a nightmare to work with. We were told false information on property tours regarding things like pet ownership, hottub use, available sqft, etc. They delayed all promised maintenance requests, and after nearly being fined $$$$ by the actual homeowner for use of facilities that were off limits, we discovered that their sales pitch was primarily lies. These guys rock I literally tell them that I have problems and then within less than a day they're always fixing it I'm so happy with the service I cannot stress how much I've been hurt in the past by landlords but these guys they know what they're doing they're just the best. I just can't help it I love these guys so much it's so nice how responsive they are I've never had any other company be so responsive so fast I love it
