We rented a property through Avem for 2 years and had a pleasant experience. They addressed every issue that we had promptly for the most part (on a couple occasions it took a little while to get something sorted but it eventually got handled). Their automated systems for payment and maintenance requests made the logistical side of things very easy. All of the employees we dealt with were always very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again in the future!

Her customer service and industry knowledge are second to none—she knows the ins and outs of everything she does and makes the entire process seamless.
