Dr. Ave’Lallemant is one of the best most caring doctors I’ve ever had. During my appointment, she was patient, listened and retained important information about my past medical history, and even recalled dates and meds that I had mentioned weeks later, with exact detail. Unfortunately, the providers may be unaware or just don't care just how nasty, un-kind, unprofessional, lack of care and concern their front office staff are, but hopefully they or someone will review this. This is completely unacceptable, especially in healthcare. There are plenty of kind, qualified, trained front office staff that would be 10x better than the current staff. I will never visit nor recommend this office to anyone I know. The 3.2 rating, should have been a sign.

My experience with Dr. Ave'lallemant was positive. My issue is with Tammy. Tammy is very rude, condescending, and argumentative. I work for a payor and am baffled at how this behavior is tolerated in a healthcare office setting. I had to initiate the Rx prior authorization because the office failed to respond to the pharmacy after 4+ attempts. Once the payor denied the request, Tammy told me that under no circumstance would the office file an appeal and that I must refer back to my primary physician. STAY AWAY from this prac... read more

This is my second review, after several visits. The experience with Dr. Ave'lallemant is still positive. What is not good is dealing with the staff member (unsure of name because she does not wear a name tag). I ended up initiating the preauthorization for the medication I needed because this was not done by office. Was yelled at by this staff member and told to absolutely NOT contact my insurance company again. I have been working with Dr. Ave’Lallemant for a number of years and find her to be extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I know I am in the most capable hands no matter the reason for my visit.

So very unprofessional. No paper on the examination table that EVERYONE sits on. Did not know the reason for my visit. When I said a yearly full body exam, I was told take off my shirt, top half first. Then take off your pants, lower half next. She glanced at my body even when I pointed out concerns my last dermatologist had, she poo pooed them. I will be looking elsewhere.

I expected a head to toe examination and only received a quick look at my face and a quick freeze of a spot that I was concerned with. I have gone to other specialists and received a much more thorough examination. Front staff .... one was nice the other was loud, obnoxious and very unprofessional.

Dr Ave'Lallemant was very nice and advised me about the problem and solutions. Did not wait long in the waiting room. Would definitely recommend her.
