Came after work specifically to this store to buy products, everywhere it says working till 7 pm. 6.30 and it is closed, no one picks up the phone. Why are you waiting my time like this? No notice, nothing on instagram
Very nice atmosphere and very educated/welcoming staff, overall great experience
The sales associate was about as welcoming as a wet blanket. No personality, no problem solving skills, seemed to not care about the questions I asked or comments I made. Considering the area this location is in, I expected so much more. I won't be making that mistake again
Had the most wonderful experience at the Aveda shop on Cumberland in Toronto this afternoon. We were serviced by the most helpful, knowledgeable, kind and gracious young woman named Julia. She not only answered every question I had, but she did so with such poise and grace and the most beautiful smile, that I couldn't believe it was the end of what I imagine was a long and tiring day.
