Excellent customer service. Location is very clean and organized good amount of stock. Picked up a few items.
my boyfriend got me the holiday hair trio package & they accidentally sold him the hand cream trio instead, he went to return it and get the correct item and employees were extremely rude & couldnt fix it for for him when he went over to the aveda in uvillage and they were super kind & immediately exchanged it for him, just be nice it costs nothing to just be nice.
On Saturday Nov 15 evening the sales rep that helped us (I think her name was Avita?) was so helpful! She listened to our concerns and was very patient working with my family that does not speak English well. Thank you for helping us 😊
