This store, staff and management (Nancy in particular) are fabulous. I’ve used aveda since I was about 13 I’m now 42, Nancy always keeps me up to date on new products, sales, specials and offers and the staff are so personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. The free instore services are also fabulous and will help tailor your specific needs to their available products. Customer service is top notch here! Thanks Nancy and staff!

Took them up on their invite for a birthday party for 4. They went above and beyond to accommodate our party. Nancy and Kaitlynn were wonderful and made everything special for our group. The products were amazing and their suggestions were so helpful. I walked away after purchasing hair care and skin care products with a huge smile on my face and great pics from my party! Thank you!
