I bought my husband a gift card for a service, I called on Monday and spoke with a woman who booked him in for Thursday at 4 pm. He went for his appointment and was told he didn’t have one. The person wasn’t even there. He drove all the way there for nothing. While on the call to book the woman told me there’s a promo on for a 45 min session for whatever amount. I said I bought him a gift certificate and would like him to get what was initially paid for. She said we will talk to him and see what he wants to do when he comes.... read more

It was a very good hairdressing experience. The haircut was very exquisite and I was very satisfied. Aveda products also exceeded my expectations; my hair felt very soft and supple after using them. The owner and staff provided excellent service and placed great emphasis on communicating with guests about their experience.

Been here a couple of times and I’m really impressed. The hair stylists know what they’re doing and make the whole experience comfortable. The styles they designed were pretty cool, exactly what I was hoping for without overthinking it. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.

I’ve been to Aveda at Bay Centre a couple of times now, and I’m really impressed every time. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive to what you’re looking for. I especially loved the long bob style they did for me. It turned out exactly how I wanted and was easy to maintain afterward. You can tell they really know their craft and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I finally found my forever hair salon in Victoria at ecochic and I am so relieved. The hairdresser here is so experienced and she actually listened and got exactly what I wanted. It is right in The Bay Centre and they use the best AVEDA products that leave my hair feeling amazing. This is hands down the best salon in Victoria for a cut and it is officially my spot from now on.
