I come into the Dillards Salon at least every 5 to 6 weeks in order to get my hair colored and styled. I get waxing and occasionally facial and massage. I am extremely satisfied with my experience there. Everyone is very friendly and I look forward to each of my appointments.
I went in last week while shopping at the mall just to see what their prices were. After talk to the lady at the first desk I made an appointment for Saturday at 1:00pm. I was there 5 mins early and was told the hair dresser was not there yet but to have a seat and she should be there shortly. After about 10 minutes some else comes in and says she has an appointment with the same hair dresser. So come to find out they never put me down for an appointment. Haley Russel is an amazing talented Hair Stylist. She is artistic and her work is beautiful.
If David Copperfield and Houdini had a child that was a hairstylist...they would have named her Holly because that is exactly what she is!! A hair magician extraordinaire!!! Everyone at the salon is amazing and always accommodating. There is a reason I drive all the way over from west Fort Worth!!!
Always get the best hair cut and the service is superb. Lauren is awesome.
