Made an appointment with Bethany she an hour before canceled we rescheduled for today at 530 told her I’d be there at 540 I was coming from work. She messaged back and said she’d have to cancel due to time constrictions. Called the school and was told I have a 15 minute grace period got there and was informed I wouldn’t be seen cause of the type of service that was being done. Very unprofessional the way the situation was handled
RecommendedI’ve been to other beauty schools Milan, Ogle, and Paul Mitchell but I’ve had the best experience here. Lacey did my color & highlight touch up with haircut. She did such a good job that even some professionals don’t do like not leave color on my face or hairline. 😄 The salon is beautiful, clean, and very spa like. I’m hoping the other students are as good as Lacey.
RecommendedAs I walked in the front door,two very friendly ladys greeted me with huge smiles. I was invited to The Aveda Institute to speak to a class and bring some culture and education from my salon. Smart skin spa and salon in Prattville. The students here are very professional and were eager to listen to me. Over all it was a WONDERFUL experience. I cant wait to go back..
RecommendedI had a good hair service yesterday. I was very happy with student hairdresser Kumiko and her Aveda supervisor. I was nervous to go because of the mixed reviews. Happy to say they did a great job ! I would recommend them !
