After my hair being ruined and it not being able to be fixed, I was told no refunds are given ever. Then, when asking if the waiver I signed stated that, that question was ignored. Also, the sentence "I'm not going to assume your age or social status but raising your voice like this is disrespectful, I am a mother and a grandmother" was uttered from the sold called owner to me.
