Didn’t have an opening for almost 2 weeks. Confirmed my appointment three times within 48 hours before my actual appointment (they reached out to me to confirm). Then they canceled my appointment an hour before it was to occur. Highly disappointed
RecommendedYesterday I had an appointment to get my hair highlighted and cut. I came in with several pictures of styles and colors I liked. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted the moment I walked in with a friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. The front end clerk immediately notified my stylist that I had arrived and seconds later this girl came out with a very big smile and introduced herself as Haley. I really wanted to like this school, but after 6 months I left feeling as if I wasted my time, money & energy. So unorganized, rules were made up as we went along and nobody seemed to know what was going on.. like ever. I realllly urge future students to research! Before you go to just any school, I wish I would have.
RecommendedI was so excited for my spa time with Alex. I booked a mani/pedi to round out the day. The two ladies did not disappoint. Alex performed my body polish and a facial. The services were exceptional. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
expect to get screwed out of a bunch of money despite reaching out to the director several times about life problems and getting no help in return and 8,000 in debt for wasted time. oh and dont expect anyone to respond to you either.
The worst haircut of my life. It looks like a toddler cut my hair with safety scissors while I was sleeping. Sara had no business touching my hair with scissors and I should’ve never have had to walk out with my hair looking like this and had to pay for it! The instructors are not paying enough attention to their students to have allowed this to happen. RecommendedI’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and always have a good experience! Yesterday I had the best cut and color of my life! I’m so happy with how Dulaney colored and styled my hair. I highly recommend her. She has an Instagram (@beautybylanielizabeth) account where I was able to send her pictures of what I wanted, set up an appointment with her, and she made it happen.
