i’ve had great experiences in the past but most recent was an extreme disappointment. number provided on website & social media is that of call center not local campus. local campus didn’t honor appointment made through call center. no efforts were made to rectify situation. no one from school has attempted to contact me. seems like these should be lessons taught in customer service 101 but i guess not

RecommendedThis was my 1st visit. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the time I entered and departed. I had a 30 min facial booked the information I was provided was so informative I asked if I could upgrade to a 60 min. 60 min facial done by Naomi Mercury. She was very Professional, friendly, and informative. I'll definitely be returning.
RecommendedIf you want someone that is going to take care of your skin I highly recommended you to go see Amber at Aveda Institute Austin from the esthetician class, she is gentle, very patient, she explained me every step of the facial, I felt relaxed every minute,she loves what she is doing, she has great skills and excellent customer service. I love it and I will come back again. Very happy with Amber’s service.
