Always great service at aveda. The place doesn't make you feel as if you are at a spa.
Outgoing and polite people! I was taken care of immediately as I walked in the door. Offered refreshments and everything. Definitely returning!
I have been a customer of the Aveda Institute since their 1st class of graduates here in Birmingham and highly recommend! The management team, teachers & students are always willing to work with you to ensure when you leave that you are 100% satisfied!! The prices are half of what you pay at a salon. I have been using the Aveda line of products since 1990 and it's the added bonus! I've gone astray a few times because of budget constraints in the past but have always gone back because my hair desperately needed the nurture.
My first time at Aveda and Tina did a wonderful job on my ombré! Service was great all around... Will be back!
They have a policy that you can not book at the same time as your child. You can't even book staggered appointments and have your child wait.
