Emily was phenomenal! She did exactly what I asked for with color, high & low lights, and taking some of the weight off my hair. The neck, shoulder and scalp massage she gave me was a complete surprise and was amazing! Very considerate and pleasant! I really loved that Emily had confidence, yet she sought out an educator to confirm she was on the right path. I admire her for that.
Great experience. Everyone there is so professional and seem to really care about your preferences with your hair. I am one who never really knows how she wants her hair, and they are very good about choosing a flattering cut or color. I had Emily, and she did an awesome job on my cut, and an even better job on my color when I returned a week later. The supervisors seem to treat their students with respect, even when giving gentle corrections. I will definitely return and will recommend them to everyone I meet.
I went back to Aveda for the first time in many, many years. The facility is lovely and inviting as are all the members of the staff. Their products are always hard to beat with wonderful fragrances and effectiveness. The girl who cut my hair was very sweet and friendly, did a good job describing the products she was using, and also, did a great job with the cut. I especially like the mini neck rub and hand massage that come along with the hair services! Will definitely be using Aveda on a regular now.
I wanted to brag on Madison today. She did a great Job on my haircut, was super nice, and personable. She deff made me want to come back. I have been coming about 3 yrs now and this was one of fav haircuts.
Was looking forward to getting my hair cut and colored on Wednesday. The salon closed due to the threat of severe weather. I showed up bc did not receive a phone call or email canceling said appointment. Rescheduled for Saturday. Showed up. Booked under someone who wasn't even working. Wanted to work me in at 2 pm but that wouldn't work bc of evening plans. Very disappointing. Won't try them again.
Great experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and I was treated like a valued client.
It was so amazing, my stylist was Chelsea. She done an outstanding job, and. everyone there was just great and very friendly. She went step by step on everything she was doing. I would highly recommend it .
