Beautiful facility, everyone was so nice and helpful. We had our Farmers Insurance-Lyn Berry District meeting/workshop here on Wednesday and we had a fantastic experience. We'll be back soon!
My stylist was Dallas. He was great! I could tell he was a newer student and seemed really nervous but the instructor kept and eye him and ince I told him just to take his time and not to be nervous he relaxed and did a phenomenal job. I was very happy with my first time experience at Aveda and will definitely go back �

Loved my experience. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone from instructors to students were friendly. I loved my hair color and cut. Johanna Summers Auterson did a great job.
My daughter was in town and got a haircut this morning. She witnessed an employee - student, I guess - tell a customer her student stylist was late getting to her because the person in front of her was "black" and "it takes longer with their hair but you can't ask them on the phone if they are black when making the appointment because that is racist." First time having a pedicure and it was a miserable experience. The staff acted like they wanted to be anywhere else, and the pedicure itself was a joke. No exfoliation or removal of dead skin. The girl said my skin was smooth and didn't need it, yet j have w whole patch of dead/dry skin on one heel she ignored. She used no pressure in the massage and barely scraped over my nails with a file. She did not remove all the old polish and didn't so complete coverage of the new polish.
