I am a new customer switching over after using the same place for years, and Lillie has done a great job twice in a row at understanding how I want it cut, and doing a great job at doing so. For the price, including the shampoo, massage, and quality of the cut, I think it is totally worth it.
I like the fact that the hours are more flexible here and service is good as well.
My son went in for a service, and they cancelled on him once he was already there. Rescheduled for the next week. If he had cancelled on them that late, he would’ve been charged half the price of the service. Therefore, he asked for a discount. He said the lady seemed mad and curtly said “no!” They have lost his business plus 2 of my other children would get their haircuts there.
