Thanks for kindness – I had a short hospital stay last week which left me with limited mobility in my arms. I had neglected to wash my hair because I couldn't lift my arms like that and my head was starting to get itchy. My sister, who is a client of Gordon's called them since she had an appointment and asked if they could fit me in. They said that they would wash my hair and would not charge me for it. All I had to do is tip the shampoo person. I just want to thank them for their kindness.
Fantastic atmosphere The atmosphere at Gordon's is fantastic and the team is really friendly!! They always make me feel welcome. I've been a client since they opened and will not go anywhere else, I LOVE the products they use!!! My hair feels so healthy and revived with their products. My favorite Stylist in the world is Maria. I've been her clients for years. She is amazing at what she does and always listens to my request. Her suggestions are always great, too!! Also a shout out for Stacy who gives great manicures.

Fabolous haircuts I just got the most fabulous haircut. I have been literally been stopped by stranger and been complimented. Also I can style it myself everyday which is great.
Pleasurable experience Hillary B is exceptional at the front desk and on the phone. She so upbeat, always kind and inviting. Shes such an awesome greeter, she definitely sets the upbeat more for the rest of the experience. Kudos to you Hillary for such a great job!
