Excellent Home Health nursing and home therapy by Jamila RN, Katelyn OT, Danny PT and Tyler PTA. My Mom has become stronger again with therapies, and is more knowledgeable about her medical conditions with education done by nursing. She finished recovering well. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Katelyn & Josh were EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL. Highly RECOMMEND Both. Good Personalities!! Enjoyed their visits.
I am getting therapy through Aveanna and Saturday got a letter from my insurance saying all my therapy was denied. It had been pre-approved. I called Aveanna and the receptionist Christine was wonderful. She reassured me about the therapy I already and said she would contact my insurance and see what was going on. She was so calm and compassionate. She didn't act like I should know what to do. I was finally able to relax for the first time since I received the denial liver.
