The office qouted that my children "were a waste of resources in nursing" and they never put effort into staffing my home. Unfortunately I never got a apology from the office manager which really hurt.. 😕 because to me it tells me that my children weren't important enough to even try to find nursing. Which is sad I was a client for 4 yrs. and it really hurt that they thought of my children with special needs in this way.. 💔 😢
Friendly staff. Excellent nurses and I don't know what else there is to say. Their CEO is as down to earth a guy as you want to meet and they have an excellent director of nursing and their schedulers are helpful and always accessible.
I currently work for Epic and am very happy with this agency. I have been a nurse for 40 years and after retiring wanted to continue to work but not with long halls to walk or 10 patients to take care of each shift. Epic filled my need to continue my nursing. Nursing Week was awesome. Nurses were given gifts and everyday something was offered as far as breakfast or lunch, etc. I am really enjoying being 'retired' with Epic.
I JUST CALLED ONE GUY CAL WAS RUDE DIDN'T PRONOUNCE MY NAME RIGHT FOR ONE..HE PUT ANOTHER LADY ON THE PHONE SHE WAS RUDE ACT LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS SAYING.(I ASKED WERE THEY STILL HIRING FOR A CAREGIVER POSITION? SHE GOES WHAT'S THAT?) WHAT Y'ALL FALSE ADVERTISING IS WHAT IT IS...BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
