Horrible. Claimed that did not have anyone to fill the position and had no response from the people that I sent to the agency. Agency had not contacted them. Lied and said that a parent/family was not able to fulfill the caregiver role. They blamed it on the insurance company for not allowing it. The insurance company was who told me that family/parent was able to fulfill the hours.

Her patience, reliability, and genuine concern for the patient’s comfort and well-being truly made a difference. She treated our family with kindness, respect, and dignity every step of the way.
