Horrible. Claimed that did not have anyone to fill the position and had no response from the people that I sent to the agency. Agency had not contacted them. Lied and said that a parent/family was not able to fulfill the caregiver role. They blamed it on the insurance company for not allowing it. The insurance company was who told me that family/parent was able to fulfill the hours.
Our CNA Ashley W. She consistently went above and beyond by providing compassionate, attentive, and professional care at all times. Her patience, reliability, and genuine concern for the patient’s comfort and well-being truly made a difference. She treated our family with kindness, respect, and dignity every step of the way.
Our daughter is profoundly challenged in every way. We have used Aveanna home health to help care for her and provide us with much needed breaks. She had nursing from 7:30 - 4pm. Five days a week. Although she is approved for 60 hours. It’s been difficult to fine regular nursing Monday and Tuesday and now we have none on those days.
