I stayed here for 9 month due to work. It was a very pleasant experience staying here. Ever since the first time I called for accommodation for my family, every requested was granted and every problems we had was resolved. All personnel working here, past and present, were all very friendly and helpful. Juan, Nelson, Jared and Angel in maintenance were very helpful, even when our car battery died. My husband and I lived at the Ave for about 6 months and loved it! The accommodations are very nice, and the staff is excellent. They do everything in their power to make you feel at home, and are always prompt and courteous. A special "thank you" to Sam and Juan! Thanks for making our time in Herndon so enjoyable.
