Dave Freeman was my general contractor and handled taking care of not just my roof but all the other hail damage issues I had due to the storm. What drew me to use Dave was his past knowledge of being an insurance adjuster knowing what things to look for in damage plus the fact of knowing how to negotiate with the insurance company to take care of the clients to get you put back together properly. First contacted Avco Roofing before Thanksgiving about a small leak. Someone came to my house and agreed to replace all of the boots on my roof. Some time passed by so I called and was told the following week. This occurred a few more times, each time being told it would be the following week but nobody ever showed. Here we are early January and still nothing has been completed. I guess my small project was not significant enough for this company? Not sure how you run a successful business that way.

I met these people at Henderson yesterday at the syrup festival they are extremely nice I entered in a contest they are having and my husband said if we ever need some roofing we know who to call.
We had a flawless experience with Avco Roofing and HIGHLY recommend them. Shiloh Childress and Nick Plunket were great. They finished our roof in a day and a half and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up well afterwards!
Their customer service is awesome. Ryan came to Braswell Academy and replaced a few shingles with no charge. what a great testament to their business. thanks a lot Ryan.

Avco was there on time did a fantastic job and finished the entire job in a days time. Could not have asked for a better group of guys. Everyone was easy to work with and very professional. All in all a great company to work with.
