Tried to double bill my insurance for an eye exam that I had just done with my doctor, close by, shortly before I got to Avant. I had the written prescription in hand along with the frames. All I wanted was lenses in my barely used Oakley frames. Told me the couldn't guarantee those frames either too? LOL. Filed a grievance with my insurance company as well and I will have a word with my doctor that referred them. Do better and stop taking advantage of seniors.
