I have received numerous calls. I told them if I want to make changes on my account I will initiate it and put me on your do not call list immediately. Representative then said it will take up to 30 days to take place and started a disclosure. I stopped him and said I want it done in 24 hours where the call did not finish what he was saying and hung up on me.

Edit: 7/16 Still the worst company I've had the displeasure of delivering to. Dumpsterfire of a company. Only trash companies would keep such trash employees. Worst interaction of my day. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Also looking at your reviews, it's against Google terms of service to review your employer, and for employers to solicit employees reviews.

While I have a great deal of respect for my past experience with this employer, my recent interaction with HR was disappointing. After being promised a follow-up call within 30 minutes, I have waited over two days with no response despite multiple attempts to reach out. It appears there is an unspoken policy that disqualifies candidates who worked for the organization under its previous name, even if that service was over a decade ago. Do NOT work here unless you wanna work being at high school again A SUPERVISOR was fired for coming to work countless times. One team under a “supervisor” named Richard was a boys team. OH! ANDDD THATS NOT THE KICKER!
