If I can give triple F’s I would. I’ve moved in in March of this year.. All I have been having is problems after problems and the manager Jennifer doesn’t really care to do anything! I have glue coming from my floor in the entire apartment, maintenance come by and said oh wow.. don’t know why that is happening.. cleans it with a paper towel and says I’ll be back and doesn’t come back! I have my stand up shower rotting and falling apart.. email the manager for work order and here it is 7 months in and nothing has been fixed..... read more
lived here for a long time great management wonderful staff, and very helpful. the maintenance personnel are just plain fun to talk with great at there jobs. if you want a great home come join are family.
Don't walk away from this place, run. Management is horrible. Make-ready guy was recently ARRESTED on the property and you got it, he is still there. Nice warm feeling, right? They guy we all saw getting handcuffed is the same guy who has keys to all of our homes. Food for thought. Maintenance man is maybe 80 years old but a wonderful man.
