I took my HP laptop to Avanti to try and reboot it after an update of drivers. They tried multiple ways to no avail. They were very professional and stayed in contact providing the status of their work. Avanti did not charge me for the service as they were not able to fix the problem. They also provided their recommendations for a new laptop. I would definitely use them in the future.

Our company was referred to Avanti by a local bank officer many years ago. We have had many computer issues through the years and Avanti has always been able solve our problems with both software and hardware issues. They are great with data security services, too. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the billing is always fair. We highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this company, Vin and Mike responded the same day on short notice and fixed our issues/addressed our needs within hours. The whole process was smooth and the communication throughout every step was top notch. They even provided us with a detailed summary of work and what was done in the hours billed.
