The service I received was outstanding on both visits to look for countertops. I did not feel rushed and felt I had their full attention. The inventory is great from soapstone to the finest marbles and granites. I decided on the Vermont Verde Antique, a serpentine stone from VT. It is stunning in my new kitchen, and I'm very pleased with it's durability. I highly recommend visiting Avanti Marble and Granite to see their high-quality products.

Avanti Marble & Granite provided the granite, Blue Flower, for a kitchen in a new lake house in Frederick County, Virginia. Avanti has a beautiful showroom outside of Frederick, Maryland. While their overall selection may be somewhat smaller than some of the really large granite warehouses, the shopping experience is much more pleasant. The showroom has a modern overhead crane which allows the staff to quickly pull a large slab of granite out for closer examination. After months of searching for granite through suppliers and fabricators I discovered Avanti. The moment I entered I felt welcome as did my children. I loved that they were quick and excited to educate us on the different stones. Everyone was very professional and patient. Out if at least 6 other places that I had been Advanti was the first to offer to "hold" a slab for me to think about. Avanti was great. We were in the area and they let us come over on a Saturday without having an appointment. The young lady at the desk that we talked to on the phone and was greeted by, was so nice and welcoming. Bill helped us in picking out our granite slab. It took him just a couple minutes to know what we had in mind and was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable with no pressure. He was absolutely the best!!! Thank you for all your help. Friendly, responsive, knowledgable. The only place to go for soapstone in the DC area. Only con is that they are on the more expensive side, but you get what you paid for.

In February 2014 I purchased slabs of Colorado marble from Matt at Avanti Marble & Granite. I went to many marble yards and dealt with many salespeople. By far, the most cooperative and informative was Matt. He willingly pulled any slab out that I wanted to see and was willing to put them on hold for me . He was prompt and receptive to any of my inquiries and appointments. It was a pleasure doing business with him. jeannette stockel

Avanti was recommended to us by our cabinet maker. Matt was friendly and extremely helpful. We were looking for a local soapstone and as soon as they got a shipment in Matt contacted me. We went out, took a look and put slabs on hold to go to the fabricator. We were given great information, time to make our choice and no pressure. Everything worked seamlessly from start to finish. I would highly recommend checking Avanti out for granite, soapstone or marble. They provided exceptional service.
