The underwriter sucks. They asked me if tenants smokes or not. I told him its illegal to keep tenants health records but they signed the contract stating they wont be smoking at the property. Nowadays underwriter thinks they are above law and treats themselves as gods. The insurance companies are no wonder a biggest scam in USA.
