All of your staff and doctors are unbelievably unprofessional and dirty. You don’t follow any regulations which makes me wonder how you’re even still in business! You’re UCR fees are extremely high and every time you contact the billing department no one seems to answer and when they do they have terrible customer service.

Recommendedfriendly, bilingual, Emergency facility every wears a badge, and they introduce them selves, and doctors and staff have interpreters, they go out of there way to run all test at the time u are there instead of sending u home to see ur doctor in the am
I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Department of Public Health. I'm so angry at how one of your hospital, and staff, handled my Daughter's emergency/medical stay. Discharged before they completed a test because her INSURANCE was out of network. So her health was secondary. I'm ANGRY!!!! I will also add the physician and file a complaint against him with the California Board of Medical Examiners. His license need to be revoked.
Avanti Hospitals doesn't value the patients that have had the misfortune of spending time in one of their dirty, understaffed hospitals. They then compound the problem by not responding to billing disputes with any ethical consideration. But they have a big, shiny, spacious office tower that reflects how much money their corporate officers are making. Nice!
