Avanti Hills is a great community! The staff there is phenomenal and very receptive to the wants/needs of its tenants (both current and prospective). The amenities are top notch and there is a great sense of community there! Highly recommend.
We are happy with our experience here at Avanti Hills. We enjoy the community events, convenient location, ample parking, and friendly neighbors. I see the complaints of others, and personally, in an apartment, I expect to sometimes hear a neighbor or have a maintenance issue. We are looking forward to using the pool and we take advantage of the exercise rooms and free coffee in the clubhouse!

Wanted you all to know how much I appreciate living here! My apartment is beautiful and spacious. Everyone that comes over loves it. I have no noise through the walls and really great water pressure in the shower. It's also very private and quiet. The multi level covered parking garage is so helpful. As are the elevators. Both of my kids are in college and have their own apartments in other areas - not Avanti Hills. They're both supposed to be very nice and are expensive but we've had nothing but complaints from both kids fo... read more
