If i could give zero stars i would but first we will start with how this company will steal your deposit after you have it documented that there was no balance to be owed on being let out early due to the uninhabitable conditions, the document was signed by Stephanie silva and they still stole my deposit and on top of it charged me more after we have a signed document to which there was no fee for moving out early which i will be filing a complaint to the TAA i have all documents for proof. Stay away from this place! The management is terrible, and the property is poorly maintained. A friend of mine and her mother were given only 30 days to move out because management "lost" their lease renewal paperwork and then blamed them for not turning it in. With constant turnover in managers, it’s clear that they don’t prioritize their residents or their records. The property itself is a nightmare. Current management is not doing their job! They have had so much turnover in management that they can’t keep up with simple requests and renewals. Maintenance and up keep is another issue with the property. They can’t even get a gate fixed. Not a good place!
