Absolutely the worst experience with management, Bianca the "property supervisor" was very rude and her tone in speaking with me about a problem I had was disgusting, she made me sound dumb and full of sarcasm. Don't get me wrong the other girl was very respectful I have nothing bad to say about her. But when people have a problem you try to find solutions because thats great customer service. Been calling for two weeks and leaving voice messages. I've even gone online three times to ask for information. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one replies to emails.
Chronically low water pressure. Zero water pressure almost every evening. All the units on my floor are affected. Management insists they're not to blame. I want to like this property. The apartment is beautiful. The square footage is great. The price is reasonable. But the water pressure is horrible. At least one day a week I'm having to bath myself with a basin, and flush my toilet with buckets because I don't have water. Complaining to management doesn't help. @Avanti East Apartments, are you actively taking care or have you fixed all of these problems since? MOLD IN BUILDING 5 IS A GIANT LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN AND I guarantee, you'll be forced to pay that cost! We need help.
