THE APARTMENT WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY AND DIDNT FIX ANYTHING NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ALL APARTMENT IS BAD 😡😡😡

RUN! It's a shame as the units and property appear to be beautiful. But... Poor and unprofessional management, delayed maintenance requests (5 months for the garbage disposal repair and 3 light bulbs!), more often than not, nonoperational security gates and swimming pool. No concern about noise violations or people not identified or background checks. Las instalaciones están súper sucias y no les dan mantenimiento de limpieza,los portones funcionan solo 2-3 días al mes, tenemos robos a los vehículos frecuentemente a causa de eso, el gym tiene meses cerrado y señoritas de la recepción nunca son amables
