had problems with my jewelry. reached out the their customer service. Was asked to provide a photo of my jewelry (which i did) and never received a reply back after weeks. Don’t buy from this place.
Update I have sent multiple emails and messages. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Thought it was a cool place. Liked the salesman. However, I had issues with my nose ring and my best friend bought a pair of earrings and had issues with the fasteners. I texted the salesman back on the number that he sent my receipt to me with and received no reply and then I went on to the contact and emailed the customer service about our issues with our jewelry.
