This was mostly rated as 4* for me , its a 3. Great service, nice ambiance friendly staff , fast service ... lamb chops good , but the branchino and di mare are bland ... calamari just ok ...
I've always found the food and ambiance to be good here but the service from the wait staff has always been very disappointing.
Food was good, but interesting that am not the only one that had a bad experience with the server. Definitely coming back for the food and place is nice, but maybe it will be a good idea for management to be more involved in the training of the servers for quality customer service. Especially in this business, need to be nicer. Reputation for the place is not just based on the food, but the staff as well, as this may turn people off and not return.
Absolutely first rate service and ambiance. The food was delicious. Our table had lamb shank risotto, angel hair with shrimp, and chicken piccata, along with minestrone and Cesar salad. Loved it! The server made the evening. He was so charming. Ended the meal with a wonderful birthday dessert with an amazing surprise.
Maybe a 4 but I know the owner, great neighborhood restaurant with a nice interior. The Chicken Picata is my favorite and is great place for a meeting or a date. Prices are reasonable! One of the family members is usually there
The ambiance, food and servers were all fantastic. Will definitely be coming back again!
I would have rated it higher if our waiter would have checked us once in a while if both of our tables has been served bread & water (imagine, our glass of water was difficult to be refilled). It was a struggle for the waiter to serve us properly (I know, we were 21) but He still got his tip (no choice, gratuity was included in the bill)!
