So far, not great! My wife and I just moved in today to a disappointingly messy apartment. Chipped/missing paint everywhere, surfaces that haven't seen a duster in months, and a sink coated in paint residue left over from the painters using the sink to clean brushes. I'll be happy to amend this if these issues can be resolved, but disappointing upon move in to say the least given the price point of this place.
I actually thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Avanti. The office staff was nice and always communicated well. The wifi was not great and made it difficult to work at times but that didn’t bother as well. This review is more of a reflection of after moving from Avanti. Ensure when you move you make them give you a walkthrough. I have photographic and video evidence of the condition I left my apartment before leaving. I love this place, has a pool and a gym included, and good resident service, but the prices to get one of these apartments are going up fast.
I cannot say enough good things about Avanti. The team is absolutely amazing and responsive. I have loved living here.
